Direct injection sterilisation systems for processed cheese
The processed cheese is subject to UHT processing using a direct steam injection system and is fed to the filling line via a “creaming tank”.
The company specialises in sterilisation, creating systems with various forms of technology, based on the characteristics of the product being processed, including liquid, semi-liquid and rather viscous products.
The aseptic treatment allows the product to be kept at room temperature for long periods, avoiding delicate cold-chain storage.
The systems are fully automated with software that controls the various processing operations.
