Direct steam injection systems

The product is subjected to continuous thermal aseptic processing provided by a direct steam injection system.

The company specialises in sterilisation, creating systems with various forms of technology, based on the characteristics of the product being processed, including liquid, semi-liquid and rather viscous products.

The aseptic treatment allows the product to be kept at room temperature for long periods, avoiding delicate cold-chain storage.

The systems are fully automated with software that controls the various processing operations.

Each system designed differs in terms of size and features, in accordance with the customer’s needs.
