SHELL AND TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS

Shell and tube heat exchangers, made strictly from stainless steel, consist of small tubes bundled together within a shell and welded at both ends to the tube plates. An expansion compensator is installed on the shell, based on various technical characteristics and applications. The heat-treated product flows through the small tubes, while the service fluid flows through the shell itself.

CONCENTRIC TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS

A concentric tube heat exchanger, equipped with an expansion compensator where necessary, consists of two or more concentric tubes. In a double-tube heat exchanger, the product being treated flows through the smaller tube, while in a multi-tube heat exchanger it flows through a central ring as the service fluid flows through internal and external tubes.
